The 2022 PCMf Great Gun Raffle Rules

1. Ticket purchaser must be at least 21 years of age and be able to legally purchase and possess a firearm, including passing an FFL/background check. State and Federal laws apply. The winner must successfully complete “Federal Form 4473” prior to receiving the prize. The person whose name is on each ticket will be the only person who can claim the gun won for that ticket. By obtaining a raffle ticket you attest that you are a law-abiding citizen of good moral character, may legally possess the firearm won, agree to use the firearm only in a legal and safe manner, and will, or have already obtained instruction on the safe use and operation of the firearm won. 
2. A total of 207 tickets will be sold at $100, per ticket beginning December 1, 2021.
   a. Each ticket will be assigned by name and number purchased. Each ticket is only eligible to win once.
   b. Drawing will take place on February 11, 2022, at approximately 7:00 p.m.
   c. Guns have been assigned numbers 1-4 and will be dispersed in numerical order from 1-4. See the gun list here
  d. There is no limit on the number of tickets you may purchase. 
3. Winners will be notified, using the contact information (name/phone/email) provided online when purchasing the raffle ticket. 
4. Prizes are not transferable. The person designated on the ticket must claim the prize. 
5. There are no refunds on ticket purchases. 
6. Firearms can be picked up at Dury’s Guns, 1039 NE Loop 410, San Antonio, Texas, 78209, or firearm can be transferred to another authorized firearm dealer. The firearm must be claimed within 21 days of the date of the raffle drawing or the winner will forfeit the prize. 
7. Any pictures of prizes used in promotional activities for this raffle are a good-faith effort at representing the prize but may not be an exact representation. 
8. Winner assumes all responsibility for the usage of firearms. The PCMf limits any and all liability to the purchase price of the ticket. 
9. Tickets may only be purchased on the PCMf web page. 
10. All proceeds go to PCMf scholarship programs.
