William F. Daily and Robert R. Ollmann were partners in Hamilton Form for over 40 years, from 1972 until Robert’s death in December of 2013. In 1983 they became the sole partners of Hamilton Form through a buyout of the partnership group that acquired the company in 1971.
William (Bill) Daily is a Purdue University Engineering graduate. He entered the precast industry by joining the Schokbeton Plant in Kalamazoo, Michigan starting off as an engineer he showed interest and capability in production and after a few years was promoted to Production Manager producing outstanding architectural precast. In 1973, he was named President of Hamilton Form and served in that position until January of 2017.
Robert (Bob) Ollmann began his career as a CPA in Milwaukee for Haskins and Sells, moved to Basic Products/Froedert Malt Co. and after arriving in Minneapolis was President of Fleischman Malting Co. for 20 years. Bob was an astute businessman and investor in small businesses. Bob served as Chairman of the Board of Hamilton Form from 1983 until his death in 2013.
The Hamilton Form Company and Precast Concrete Manufacturer’s Foundation (PCMf) honors Daily and Ollmann through the establishment of annual scholarships to support anyone who meets the eligibility requirements and wants to learn new skills needed in the precast industry.
