MEETING SCHEDULE
PCI Gulf South and PCMA are excited to come together for this joint meeting, creating a valuable opportunity for members of both associations to connect, share ideas, and strengthen industry relationships.
Please note that the combined program includes some changes to the usual meeting schedule, so attendees are encouraged to review the agenda carefully when planning their participation.
Thursday, October 15th
7:00 a.m. Barrier Island Fishing Charter
Enjoy a four- to five-hour private fishing trip. Equipment, bait, food, and drinks are provided. Bring a hat, sunglasses, and non-spray sunscreen.
A license must be obtained, available for both residents and non-residents.
11:30 a.m. Golf at “ The Preserve” GOLF COURSE
Designed by U.S. Open champion Jerry Pate, The Preserve Golf Club opened in 2006 and winds through 245 acres of protected coastal Mississippi landscape.
Staggered Tee times starting at 11:30 am

1:00 P.M. – Joint Membership Meeting (Guest speakers TBA) Open to All

3:00 P.M. – PCMf Board of Trustees Meeting (Invitation required)
6:30 P.M. – President’s Reception and Banquet Open to All
