Precast concrete is a primary construction product used in bridges, stadiums, museums, hospitals, parking structures, and schools. Precast concrete, directly and indirectly, accounts for thousands of Texas and Oklahoma jobs.

Construction is a growing industry and PCMf seeks to support career choices to ensure a qualified and stable workforce for precast manufacturers and their suppliers.

Precast concrete captures the vision by combining the creative with the functionality to build structures that matter. Being part of that is rewarding for many people who have taken the construction career path.

AIMED AT ANYONE WHO IS PLANNING TO ATTEND A TECHNICAL SCHOOL OR APPROVED CRAFT TRAINING PROGRAM IN WELDING, COMPUTER AIDED DRAFTING, ROBOTICS, AUTOMATION OR OTHER DISCIPLINE OF CONSTRUCTION.

 

Paul Guthrie Scholarship

Aimed at any architecture or engineering student at Texas A&M University with preference to those who are employees or dependents of employees of PCMA members in good standing with the association. 

Workforce Development Scholarship

AIMED AT ANYONE WHO IS PLANNING TO ATTEND A TECHNICAL SCHOOL OR APPROVED CRAFT TRAINING PROGRAM IN ANY DISCIPLINE OF CONSTRUCTION, INCLUDING A HIGH SCHOOL SENIOR, MILITARY MEMBER, OR POSTSECONDARY STUDENT.
