1:30 – 3:00 PM – Marketing Committee Meeting3:00 – 4:30 PM – Technical Committee Meeting6:00 PM – Thursday Night Reception & Dinner at TBA
Friday, May 29
9:00 a.m. – PCMA Board of Directors Meeting
The Board of Directors meets first in the morning. If you are interested in the Board meeting, contact the PCMA office for an invitation.
11:30 a.m. – Welcome Reception and Lunch at the Anatole *Exhibits*
The Welcome Reception and Luncheon is a great networking opportunity as an open format featuring our tabletop displays.
1:00 p.m. – Membership Meeting at the Anatole *Exhibits*
The Summer Membership meeting is the best way to be informed on Committee progress and other important information. The meeting includes guest speakers.
1:30 p.m. – Spouses Program TBD
The Spouses Program is in discussion, but you know it will be fun, informative, and a great way to spend the afternoon.
3:30 p.m. – PCMFoundation Trust Meeting
6:30 p.m. – President’s Reception and Banquet
