Photography Release Forms

PHOTOGRAPHY 

All entries must submit a minimum of four photos of the completed project. Elevations, sections and close-up photos of finishes are helpful. Each photograph should have a caption describing the features shown. All photos should have as high a resolution as possible because they will be printed at 300 dpi or higher as they will be used to publicize the winners. 

DISCLAIMER 

Because the purpose of the program is to encourage new approaches in the use of precast concrete, PCMA shall have the right to publish all photographs, names of any and all entrants, and projects submitted to the program without compensation. Each entrant assumes responsibility for material submitted. All entrants must complete a photo permission form for each photographer. All submissions become property of PCMA. 

Image License Request Form

  • The owners and copyright holders of the text, drawings, photographs, slides, plans, graphics, books, brochures, and transparencies submitted to the Precast Concrete Manufacturers’Association (PCMA), a not-for-profit construction industry trade association, hereby grant permission to PCMA, to use and reproduce this material for all activities related to the PCMA Design Awards program, which includes, but is not limited to, promotions, website, articles, news releases, presentations, etc. Furthermore, PCMA may use and reproduce these materials for the additional purposes outlined below:
    • For editorial and professional/educational use in all PCMA’s publications and audio-visual presentations.
    • Ancillary Uses: Images may be reproduced in PCMA advertising and promotional materials, brochures, binders, exhibits, seminars, electronic modules, and the media. Distributed primarily in the United States with up to 10% international distribution. English language only. Term of use: 10 years. Non-exclusive rights.
  • If materials submitted are copyrighted, the copyright notice and the credits must appear on this release form. PCMA will credit any notice of copyright on all drawings, photographs, graphics, brochures, plans, books, slides, and/or transparencies that PCI itself publishes and will include this information with all material distributed to other media or retained in its library archives. However, PCMA will not be responsible for the failure of other persons or media to identify this information in their publications.
  • No royalties or other amounts shall be payable by PCMA for use of these materials.
  • Add as many as is appropriate to represent your submission.
