In preparation for a large campus expansion in Las Colinas, Texas, a major telecommunication company required structured parking for their existing corporate office building as part of the new master plan. The new Hidden Ridge Parking Garage is at a highly visible location between the office building and Hidden Ridge Drive, making the architectural design and how it aesthetically complements the building it serves very important.
Altogether, the short 4 week erection duration allowed for a minimal site disturbance on the adjacent occupied office building and functioning campus. Indeed, Hidden Ridge garage is a great example of what can be accomplished with a design team that works closely with the precaster to proudly deliver the best of precast.
The new Hidden Ridge Parking Garage was constructed for a large telecom company at their new campus in Las Colinas. It is located on Hidden Ridge Road, which is quite a visible location, so the design was very important. The garage design complements the aesthetics of the site conditions as well as being efficient and economical. The structure includes vertical cladding, different concrete mixers, and strategically placed screening. This open precast concept includes 144,000 sq. ft. and 337 precast pieces.
