Gillman Auto Group Parking Garage
Description
To increase inventory capacity the Gillman Auto Group parking garage structure was added to their site. However, due to limited space on the property, the need to maintain a large retention pond, the desire to provide office space, and accommodate future service bays, GOREE Architects and SPD Construction turned to Coreslab Structures Texas, and the ever-versatile… precast.
The resulting garage consists of parking for 750 cars and the desired office space.
Precast concrete components
The Gillman Auto Group Parking Garage project includes 839 pieces, including almost 240,000 sq. ft. of Double Tee deck area.
